Booking Procedure

We offer curated customized travel services including holiday packages, hotel reservations, and transport arrangements, predominantly through online communication (email, phone, or in-person consultation).

To confirm a booking, you need to authorize us a TOKEN Deposit [On the basis of Mutual Agreement With Consultant] then you will be required to share personal details including your full name, contact number, email address, and residential address. These details will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By proceeding with the booking:

• You confirm that you are authorized to make the reservation on behalf of all listed travelers.
• You accept full responsibility for payment and communication on behalf of your group.
• You agree to share booking details and travel documents with all group members.

Once TOKEN deposit is received, we will update you with the Booking Confirmation E-Mail and which will adhere to the services booked as per mutual agreement prior receiving of the TOKEN Deposit as per availability. Then E-voucher via email will be sent post completion of full payment, which must be presented at check-in, along with a valid government-issued identity card.

Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience, we request full payment of the tour package amount before the start date of travel. The following guidelines apply:

• 100% of the tour cost must be paid in advance, ideally at least 30 days prior to the travel start date.

• A detailed payment schedule will be shared with you in the confirmation email at the time of booking.

• Timely adherence to the payment schedule is crucial. Failure to make payments on or before the due dates may result in booking cancellations or changes in availability, for which we will not be held liable.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as instructed in the confirmation email.

• We do not accept partial payments unless specifically approved in writing.

• Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance or full payment, as mentioned in the itinerary or proposal.

Liability Disclaimer

We serve as a travel coordinator and booking facilitator [middle man]. While we strive to work with reliable service vendors (including hotels, transport providers, and guides), we are not liable for any act, omission, delay, change in schedule, loss, injury, or damage caused by any third-party service provider. Though we will try our level best on our part to make re-solution of the same , but can be bound legally in such scenarios .

Any disputes or claims regarding services provided directly by vendors must be resolved between the customer and the concerned vendor.

Booking Modifications & Cancellations

All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email from the address associated with your booking. We do not accept changes or cancellations via phone.

A. If You Cancel

If you choose to cancel your confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days prior to the journey start date:

0–14 days 100% (No Refund)

• In case you cancel more than 30 days in advance, you may request a one-time postponement or transfer of the booking to a friend or family member, subject to availability and approval by the service provider.

• Individual hotels or service partners may have stricter cancellation policies, which will override the above terms.

B. Amendments

Booking amendments (dates, accommodation type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If no suitable alternatives are available, the amendment will be treated as a cancellation. All the prices and hotel availabilities will be on actual for any amendments. Any NON-PEAK travel confirmation cannot be amended with PEAK SEASON travel , certain surcharges need to bear on the customer’s part in such scenarios .

C. Natural Calamities and Unavoidable Situations

In the event of natural calamities, political unrest, or other uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) affecting your travel, we will work with our partners to offer postponement options up to 3 months, based on service provider policies. Refunds are not guaranteed under such conditions.

D. Pandemic-Related Disruptions

If government-imposed travel restrictions or closures prevent travel from the source or to the destination, the booking can be postponed up to 30 days from the date such restrictions are lifted. We can also authorize CREDIT NOTE in such cases, subject to vendor approval. Cash Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed through bank transfer and will be initiated within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation via email. Please include your:

• Booking reference ID
• Mobile number
• Bank details (Account name, number, IFSC code)

No physical cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

Communications

Please note that all calls made to or received from our team may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. These recordings may also be used to resolve any disputes that arise during the booking process.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Conditions for Foreign Travel

For international travel packages, the following specific conditions apply in addition to our general terms:

A. Passport Validity
Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the intended return date from the foreign destination.

B. Visa and Entry Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain the appropriate visa(s), travel documents, and health-related permissions (e.g., vaccinations or negative test reports) required by the destination country.
o We may provide guidance or assistance but do not guarantee visa approvals.
o Any denial, delay, or cancellation due to immigration rules will be at the traveler’s risk and cost.

C. Currency & International Payments
o All payments for international travel are to be made as per the invoice terms, and any foreign currency remittance must comply with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations.
o Bank charges, conversion fees, or international transaction fees, if any, are to be borne by the customer.

D. Travel Insurance
o We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, health emergencies, lost luggage, and delays.
o In some countries or packages, travel insurance may be mandatory.

E. Local Laws and Regulations
Travelers are expected to comply with the local laws, customs, and entry/exit regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for any issues or liabilities arising from non-compliance.

F. Responsibility of the Traveler
Travelers must stay informed about travel advisories, health regulations, and safety guidelines issued by relevant authorities (including WHO, or the destination government).
